Car\'s been greeaaaaat....until..........

So I had trouble free motoring for a while!!
Now every time i start the beast from cold (and a couple of times when I\'ve stopped for 10 mins) she runs really lumpy. You have to use throttle now instead of the auto cold start otherwise it\'ll stall. This only lasts about 10-20 seconds and she turns back to my smooth running motor that I know and love!! The car is running fine, temperatures are good, boost is Goooooood, its just when i start it up. Oil change was 500 miles ago, I did the air filter about a month ago. Plugs were about 4-5 months, only a few thousand miles (ish). Anyone have any ideas on this?

What car is this mate ?

RX7 , Rx8 etc ?

Oops......
Its a RX7 1993 type R, De-cat pipe and a Redom ECU. Don\'t think it has any other mods.
Its done about 43k.
