Boot lid knocking...

Hi All,


...how do I tighten the boot lid catch as it\'s knocking when I have my window open.

Are you sure thats what it is?????????
I had an annoying knock from that area and it turned out to be the catches that the rear parcel shelf rope attach to the boot lid. They can be turned to remove and one of them had turned and was rattling it\'s head off. Quick turn and it was secured. No more knocking. May not be this, but worth a look. HTH. :wiggle

Ok - thanks - it definately has something to do with the boot lid. I\'ll check it out.

The boot lid is easy just pull the trim off on the car that covers it undo the 2 bolts holding it a move it to where you want dp them back up again. Easy Peasy

Mine did the same at 1st. Can adjust it the way allstar said
