hi guy\'s few quick questions ?

i have a power fc n comander does the ecu come standardly mappd do u nd to get them mappd up straight away wen u fit them ?

also the car seems to over boost, if i put the foot down the car doesnt go anywer just boostz!!
i\'v me on the motorway few tims n goin along at 60mph n puttin it in 5th gear thats the revz at around 2000rpm-2300rpm jst feels as if the car has cut out no power at all!!!!!
nxt man told me itz behavin like this as its bn de-catd n not mappd up ?

things go to plan it will b goin for a rebuild around jan time.
any recomends who i should take it to ?

The Apexi does come with a base map, but should be mapped professionally to make sure you dont get over boost and is running safely.
You cant expect to be doing 60 in 5th and have power, as you will not be on boost with turbos, you would have to shift down to get hard acceleration.
Not sure if Mark at the Garage (in Scotland is doing rebuilds now) but Pip at WGT is probably your nearst RX specialist, just out side Manchester.
If you drive your car on what sounds like a knackered engine (you said its was needing rebuild) and with boost spikes, you may need to get it to Pips earlier. Best advise until you sort her properly is stay off boost as much as poss, and save on excessive engine damage= cheaper rebuild.

yeh i knw that i wounld\'nt get hard acc doin 60 in 5th even to jst cruise along it dosnt even do that no power at all!!!!
nt drivin the rex much at the moment jst takin it for runs so itz nt standin abt,fuelin nds re-mappd up ect things cost 15pounds aday to run around town not even doin much drivin!!!!
jst nd to wait in pationz till jan till to get it sortd...!!!!
How long does it take to do the rebuild ?

Actually - he didn\'t say it NEEDED a rebuild. He said it was going in for a rebuild! So, does it need a rebuild or not?

Also, I find it hard to understand this pseudo english text speak!

not sure if it needs rebuild had the turbos off the rex few months ago n they wer a state!
jst replacd them from a breakers to do for now, u sort one ting another goes wrong so i thought i\'d just get the build done get my single turbo n intercooler few other bitz n get it out the way
