A Few forum changes

[Glenn Butcher]

Hi all,

We have made the following changes to the Forum:

1. Only Members can upload attachments now (Image files etc.)

2. NON-MEMBERS will not have custom signatures displayed on the Forum
anymore

3. You cannot edit your old posts, we have had a number of instances of people going back and changing their own posts.  This is in an effort to make people think carefully about what they post - before they post it!  If there are image/video link issues in your old posts - ask a Moderator to change them for you.

Good move Glen.

Just one question with regard to #3...  How old is old..... ?

[Brett]

Around 5mins at the moment.

G\'Day TRex!

5 minutes!  we feel that is long enough to get your post right before posting etc. - and I think on larger posts, most people CTRL+A, CTRL+C it into Outlook/Word etc. to spell check first before posting it up.

There may be more changes in the near future as we want to give all our Members as much as we can.  There is a discussion thread in the Members section here for those who would like to contribute: http://www.mazdarotaryclub.com/forums/showthread.php?t=14948

Cheers,
