Im going to talk to Clive/Glen and they can make the dissission as to whether or not it is reopened.

Hi all,

I have spoken to Nigel of RX-Heaven today.

At this stage, I have said to Nigel that we will move the Thread.  The thread is obviously damaging to his company, therefore we feel that at this stage it is in everyone\'s best interest to let the legal proceedings to go ahead.  When things are settled legally it can then we will review its discussion again.

Please remember that this is an open forum, it really isn\'t the best place to discuss legal matters.

The club does its best to look after both members and vendors - discussing serious issues like this one publically is not a good idea - especially if legal action is also taking place.

If either of you guys win please then feel free to post the outcome and the thread will not be closed, as l said at the start we need the facts on the forum for others to see and this means if either or both of your cases are successfull the club would be duty bound to post the outcome to protect its members.

I was beginning to worry as I thought maybe the whole thing would disappear and we would never know the outcome.

I guess Glen and G11ary have done the right thing. I really hope the whole can be resolved amicably and reasonably.

But I would dearly love to see the outcome - hell if we cant tell each other on here which vendors give good/bad service, then I would be very disappointed!

A question to the administrators. During the legal proceedings of this case, shouldnt we suspend RX-Heavens Vendor status and remove their advert until the outcome of these cases?

Thats what i was trying to say.

Can i just clear one thing up people so don\'t the wrong end of the stick on the thread thats was removed. This was not a deliberate attempt to make people steer clear of RX Heaven, it was simply that of 2 people that have had bad experiances of the same company. At the same time i would like to say what was said was backed up by photo\'s so i don\'t see what was wrong with it though i do understand the position of the club

unfortunatly it would look like myself and kieron have tried to resolve things this way already. It didn\'t happen hence the leagl action

Blitz boy, i don\'t see why they should be suspended form the vendor\'s for now as they arn\'t the first people to have leagl action taken against them. If you where to peanalize any of the vendors anytime someone had a dispute with them we would end up with none!!! Everyone disagrees once in a while but it is up to the people involved to sort it. After that and we have an outcome then i think its time to look at suspending and things like that.
