Excellent! I have recieved my Apexi Power FC and Commander now and was wondering how easy it is to install it. I\'m about to trawl through the manual, but figured that i\'d ask for peoples opinions on the matter too.

cheers!

God damn my memories poor   :xconfused  I think it\'s something like take the out ECU out, plug the new one in, turn the engine on and let it idle (it doesn\'t actually idle, it sort of hunts for the perfect idle) for 5 minutes. Then turn the rear heater on and let the engine idle for a further 5 minutes, then turn the air-con on and let it idle for a further 5 minutes.

Please, some one correct me if I\'m wrong, because I\'m sure I am.

Cheers

I don\'t suppose someone has a manual for the Power FC in electronic format (I have the Commander one - just want the Power FC one) that they could email to me, do they? Please.... Pretty please..... Pretty please with rotary engines on top! :D

Yeah, thats the one: it says its for a Civic - is there much difference between the two?

Sorry mate I\'m not sure if there\'s a difference. Hopefully someone on here can find a link to one for the FD.

Wohay! Just installed my new ECU - and everything works perfectly! I was a bit worried whether it might start or not (dunno why!) but it started easily, and got about self learning.

Although, there is one wierd thing: when the air con is on it still appears to hunt wildy - going from about 900rpm to 1400rpm every now and again. It mostly sits at about 900, but then every thirty seconds or so jumps up to 1400rpm. Is this normal? Or is there something wierd going on?
