I have a T88 Supra producing 600bhp +... and also have a twin and single rx...

Supra is amazing quick when it can put it down... not much will touch it on the straights but round the corners... then its a different story.,...

Whereas the rxs handle superbly and even at 400 seem very wuick due to the weight factor... only thing is interior is a bit less refined than the supra..

But personally as an overall driving experience the rx really does it for me..and thats the one id recommend.. even thou i do love the supra..there is something about the rx..cant wait to drive my new rx which should be good for 450bhp+ !!

I raced a friends 280bhp supra with my old 310 bhp rex

The rex every time ripped it in 1st 2nd and into 3rd however ahlf way through 3rd the supra pulled past.

Done about 10 runs and it was consistent.

i thought all supras were 326 bhp?

BlitzBoy

only officially UK ones, the jap ones had smaller injectors and a different spec turbos.

But having said that I think all Supra\'s were more then the quoted 280bhp.
Bear In mind the Toyota engineers designed the Supra from scratch to orginally have 500bhp and had to detune their Engine

The supra engines have a very strong block the can easily runn 500bhp allay long

The one i tested my rex against only had afew mods abnd was dynod at 380 it was a jap spec 280 bhp 2 start with.

They are good cars but on a track the rex is much better.
