This may sound strange but bare with me, becuase i am looking at an RX7 again and its quite low i will have problems getting up the massive curb to my house.  The easy option for this is put some wooden planks by it, but it is on a public bit of road and i am sure someone will complain also i always have a problem with speed bumps.  So i was looking into air suspension to raise the nose of the car but i have read that it mucks up the handling.  Is there any other way of doing this?  I know the F60 does this but that bit alone probably costs about 20 grand.

I was thing hydraulics??

why not raise the suspension it won\'t hurt the handling that much. In fact it may improve some aspects of it.
The suspension was carefully designed to work well at the standard ride height anyway.

I was thinking this but after looking at my curb the car would look like its on stilts if i raised it that high  :rollin

from the picture of the yellow one it is VERY low at the front,  it probably has coil overs which means it should be easy to wind up the suspension.  Stock height will easily cope with most curbs,  if not just turn the wheels as much as possible to get up the curb.
400 BHP - 650 KG\'s = 616 BHP Per Ton of Rotary Power

That\'s the way to do it! :Thumbsup!

can the council not lower it - could be cheaper than buynig suspension ?

That could be a possibility, although its not a normal curb its like a steep gradient curb so there arguement will probably be that normal cars can get up it ok.
