Many thanks to all the guys at Reworx,  Max Chris and Geff,  also big thanks to Tim at RX motors for all the bits, his advice and his clutch,  Last but certainly not least, thanks to Richard (Compressor) and Jay (T2REW) for their help in changing the clutch at the weekend.

The graph below is the run before the 384 because on that run we hit the safety limiter on the boost controller which dropped the boost, as we forgot to raise the safety cut level,  we hit 384 bhp but there was a nice lull in the curve but as you can see this one is nice smooth.  Not bad for an old TII series 4 engine.  :wiggle
400 BHP - 650 KG\'s = 616 BHP Per Ton of Rotary Power

That\'s the way to do it! :Thumbsup!

Gman

Not bad, not bad at all.

Running it at the pod this weekend?

antnicuk

oh yes,   hence the rush to get it ready.  the next issue is traction!

Max was ready with the cloth to wipe the rollers when the engine shat itself,   :flamed

i dont think he had much faith in my engine building skills,    ;)  probably cos he knows what a cheapskate i am!

John,  thats the main problem with a T88 turbo.  Certainly pulls well when its there,  i was looking at the dyno graphs on the wall and yours has more down low than most peoples, If i was looking at them correctly, I have a bit than Jeff and Phill until they hit boost!!

Just goes to show that good results can be achieved on a budget, even though you are nearly as tight as me ;)

Now go play with some wheelspin (road tyres, you must be mad!!)
