Putting car into storage over winter - How to go about it?

I\'m looking at putting the rex into storage of some shape over the winter.
However, is there anyway I can insure the car for theft only since its not going to be driven (at least not planning on it). I don\'t have a garage, although I can leave it on the drive but i\'d prefer not to do this, so does anyone have any ideas as to what I can do with it.

The main aim is to save a bit of money over the winter, so that I can sort a few things out on the car before it comes back out in spring.
