has any1 got these white dials?

im looking to get some white faces for my fd but i just wanted to know if these exact clock would be ok for a jap import. They look the same but are the numbers in the exact location as the stock ones. I dont want to buy them to find out my rev counter or speedo is out. I know that mazda changed the rev counter on later model fd`s as the rev counter needle is vertical compared to diagnol on earlier models..ive also seen about 3 different types of speedo on the fd.

just a quick thought...

You should be ok with any of the different styles of gauge.  Seeing as you need to remove the needles to fit the gauges, you just reposition them to the new zero point when you refit them. Easy. The divisions between the numbers should be the same.

Early cars have a oil pressure gauge which is replaced with a boost gauge on later models.  Just get the kit with the same gauge as yours.

I have the gauges you mention in your second pic, they are Okay and you dont need to remove the needles to get them in place, I bought from Ebay.com loads going usually.

I can take a pic of them on hte car if you want.

yes mate they look identical to the ones in the first pic you\'ve just posted. Im very pleased with them, think they look best with just the outer ring lit up.

I got them in a group buy organised by a member who I dont think is on here anymore (boltoa), pretty sure he sourced them through the ebay ones though

Little tip, think the instructions said something about disabling original dash lights, but I left mine in otherwise the needles wouldnt have lit up, personal preference but I reckon would be a bit hard to see them otherwise

I have just got these fitted to my mine.  White face and glow\'s blue or green at night  :cool
