Where to get my MOT in Essex?

Afternoon all,

    Okay, the MOT is due on the Rex at the beginning of October sometime, so i need to find out where is RX-7 friendly in the Essex area.

I live in Basildon (unfortunately) so somewhere close would be good. I guess there must be somewhere good to go round here as there are plenty of Rex owners...

I\'ve heard people mention somewhere called Thames Valley down that way. Do a search and should pull up a thread. Apparently the owner has a modified FD so is well aware of them running rich

Well, I ended up just trying my local place, and it got through no probs...worth a try id say, maybe theres some way you could just get an emissions test first to see if it would pass there criteria?

What year is your car, 95 or below and emissions test is not that hard to pass...mines a 96 but they didnt have that listed so I got a 95 test even passed with the de-cat on last time!
