I have just bought a Trust FMIC, it comes with all the brackets but only two pipes.

Question is do I need to buy a FMIC hard pipe kit, if so which one or could I get them made as my girlfriends Dad is a fabricator?

And does anyone know what the dimentions of the pipes are? has anyone got two pipes I could borrow so he could copy them?

Do I also have to move the battery and radiator, and how hard is it to fix the intercooler?

Do I also need a greeddy elbow?

Is it also worth selling on the stock intercooler or better to keep it, if I ever sell the car on (which is very unlikely!)

Thank you for the help Col

Hi mate..

Is it the pipe that goes to the turbo\'s that you are missing.  Reason being it sounds like you have bought the single turbo version.  Usually they come will all the pipes ready to install.  There are several options eg...if you have standard twins, single, have the greddy elbow.  So it all depends on your setup.  Here\'s a pic of my old engine with standard twins...
On the battery subject, you can either relocate it to the biit (like i did) or fit a smaller battery.
The rad does move, you sort of lift it up staright.

If you need any help just let me know.

Cheers

Col

thank you for the reply Adam,

it is the pipes i have highlighted that I am missing,

The intercooler is for a single turbo but second hand,

On looking at your picture, my air induction kit will get in the way is there a pipe kit to move them out of the way?

I think I will buy a greddy elbow, just need to get those pipes made up, do you have any ideas where I can get the dimentions from????

genrally speaking they follow the same diamiter as the inlet/outlet holes of the intercooler itself..... make them as straight as possable to keep the runs as short as they can be.
