400 BHP - 650 KG\'s = 616 BHP Per Ton of Rotary Power

That\'s the way to do it! :Thumbsup!

How urgent do you need this info Tony?
I will be at my workshop at some point this week and have a complete rear sub frame and diff knocking around.  I can take a look and give you a rough guide if you can wait until thursday.

i changed all the bushes exept the diff and it was a nightmare job. the diff ones should push out in a press like most other bushes. might be worth drilling holes all round on the rubber to weeken it get the centre out then try and chissle the rest out.

the diff mounts are a bit of a pain to get of the car as the brace they fit into is botlted to the top of the diff ,you can drop the diff down and un bolt it.once it is of ist just a case of pushing out the old ones ond fitting new ones, there is a choice here, original fluid filled rubber (soft and no good for diff control),nylon a good compromise(helps with axle tramp) or solid (tramsmits lots of noise and vibes),i have a brace of a car with good std bushes,or i can fit nylon ones if this helps cheers craig
