you want NO synthetic oil ( spellling )

mineral oil is best - i use castrol gtx - and i paid £10 for 5 litres last year

if you are chaning the oil - could be worth investing in an oil drain tap !!

I went to Halfords today and got the champion oil filter and some Castrol GTX 10w40 oil for my FD.  Not quite sure if id the right oil.  The bottle is white but it doesnt say mineral at the front but reading the discription it does say something about mineral at the back.  Cant find any other mineral oil there except for crappy halfords :confused:

Can anyone tell me if this is the right oil everybody uses please, dont really want to put the wrong oil in the car :eek .

It also say for modern engine at the front..

I noticed the other week that Halfords are now recommending \'part\' synthetic oil for Rx7s after \'91! So thats what i bought :confused:
