This guy deserves a visit from you guys involved.!!.
The cheque bounced,,, unreal he had the cheek to ring asking if i cashed it in as it did not leave his account.
I was at work then so straight away shut down my machinery and rang the bank.
The bank said he had stopped the cheque or there was not sufficient funds so it was rejected.
I rang him back swearing and shouting  as i drove a total of 229 miles to get it with my sis, g/f, bro and bro in law.
i said police will be informed by 12.pm next day if cash was not put into the account.
10.30 this morning it was in my bank.
Guys do not take no crap! no excuses, nothing! he has no ECUs! he is full of it, go and tell him Cash!, CASH ONLY, trust me do not leave without it, my friend who is a solicitor said i have a good chance of taking him to court for damages as well, as this made me ill with stress and worry im thinking of doing this.
Its quite comical now how he insults me by saying " im picking up the ecus on friday"  funny that considering he said his missus left it on the table the other week, lol gotta be the dumbest guy i have ever come across.
When he said he sent it out through DHL i rang them and they said "no , nothing is coming to your postcode".
God the storys go on!!! its been a nightmare.
Bary if you are reading, your a numpty, i felt guilty coming up for my refund, and on the way home i kind of felt bad, i was told not too but i did.
Now you deserve all you get as it got my friends and familly involved seeing me this way.

I really hope ya get your money, this has been at a very hard time for me.
My new house has just been built and move in day is thursday so enough stress has put me down. To think i maybe had to go again really got me!!!.

Found that complaints website today, so I\'ve filed a complaint against him.  Just rang him and told him I\'m coming up tomorrow, he said he\'s going to wire transfer the funds into my account. I said if it\'s not there by 12pm tomorrow I\'m coming to collect the debt personally.

to be honest i still wouldnt trust him with that he will try and say some crap like " dunno what happend must be a banl fault", say you want cash on pick up, might be a ball ache to get but then you know you will deff have it.

RESULT! Got my money back. The guy rang me yeterday saying he was "goin down the bank at 1.30". Oh sh*t I though, here we go again. So I rang him back when I was on my way up, sayin I wanted cash.  He asked me not to go to his house cos of his wife, so I thought fair enough and arranged to meet him nearby. When I arrived, the guy rang and said he was on his way back from manchester and he was about half an hour away, so I was expecting the proper run-around. But half an hour later he rolled up and before I could say anything he handed me a big fat wedge of notes. I thought there was gonna be aggro, but in all fairness the guy was extremely pleasant. He explained how the situation had gotten f*cked up with the Power FC\'s, something about ordering a pile of them and only a handful turning up. Anyways, the ease with which he paid up makes me wonder why all the malarky leading up to this was necessary. I mean he really did try everything rather than giving me a refund. It took an 8 hour round trip, but the guy bunged me £20 for petrol aswell. If anyone else is still owed money, I\'d say get in touch with him and arrange to meet him...it looks like the only way to get a result.

I am still owed money. Been given so much bullsh1t by Barry that he has forced me to commence civil proceedings against him. I hate people who lie over and over like it\'s a game, sticking two fingers up at me...

I am guessing he simply does not have any money. What he does have though is a garage full of parts, a car and a house which can be used to raise funds for settlement.

If anyone would be kind enough to PM me his address I would be very greatful.
