Santapod 2005 - RX7 Pics

Gav_b_uk · June 20, 2005, 12:07:57 AM

I\'d like to say hi to everyone as this is my first post on here. Just uploading a fews pictures of the RX7s I seen at Santapod today. Hope you dont mind. May even be some club members cars here, if those particular members would like the full resolution photos, then just ask.....

Looking to purchase an RX7 in the next couple of months myself, hence the current obsession with taking photos of them.....not been in one yet, havent a clue how they drive..know the issues...but still dying to get my hands on one...such sexy cars!!!

Looks like Ben needs to clean his car a bit more. I am sure I could see a couple of bits he missed.

Nice pics of the car, thanks! :cool

I spent awhile scraping off all the bug carnage! Only for it to all re-appear going home, not to mention getting pulled for no plate at Toddington services! :reallymad

Would you like the high res versions (knew I recognised the car). I used a Canon 20D (pro-sumer camera) to take the pics, so the origanals are pretty detailed!

Yeah that\'d be great, please send them to benjamin.j@virgin.net it\'s got a 10mb allowance which should cover me!

Gav_b_uk · June 20, 2005, 06:05:20 PM

They total 11mb for the 3 pics of your rx7. I\'ll email you two now, and if you let me know when you\'ve downloaded and cleared them from your email, I\'ll email the last one.

Does anyone know who won the Show and Shine? There was some amazing cars in there. The one with the 23k Gold on it engine was just bonkers!!

You mean this one....

Have you emailed them, as i haven\'t got anything coming thru yet (18:43)

If they bounced back can you zip and mail them separatly which may save a bit of space.

Gav_b_uk · June 20, 2005, 06:52:15 PM

Hi mate

Emailed 3 times...2 bounced back, 1 hasnt bounced back yet.

I\'ll try again now (18:50)

Gav_b_uk · June 20, 2005, 06:53:11 PM

They are still 10.5mb when zipped...I\'ll try with 2 at a time.

Please send the whole lot in one email to ben@spencerdubois.co.uk and I\'ll pick them up at work. That\'ll work for sure, sorry to mess yo about!

Gav_b_uk · June 20, 2005, 07:50:28 PM

Most ISP\'s will limit the size of emails. Over a certain size they get sent as low priority. Which can mean they take up to a couple of days to work through the system.
