What AFR do FD`s like?

As the title states what AFR does the 13b REW like to run on boost?
Also does the timing need altering for decat exhaust and airfilter change or is it usually just a fuelling tweak required?
 I have done plenty of mapping on 200sx`s but due to the fragile nature of the rotary I just want to check before i do anything;)

Mine\'s mapped to 10.0 running approx 12psi of boost on stock twins.  before the remap at the weekend it was running approx 11ish

that\'s probably a bit on the conservative side but it\'s very safe *touch wood*
