Auto FD3\'s

Just wondering what automatic FD3\'s are like?

Is the fuel consumption a lot worse than manual ones? Plus how much does the performance suffer? also do the turbos surprise you even more when they kick in?

i drove an auto when i test drove an rex .. and it is i suppose just like an Auto box .. a slight delay in power as the auto decides what gear to put you in etc ... not sure on power loss ... but a manual will be faster as it is more responsive .. i assume .

Hi i have an FD auto and i must say its fast enough for me but i agree with Sy a manual would be quicker. As for fuel economy well its a performance car  so its not the best but who cares when you are driving such a wonderfull car.
