Oil Capacity

Can anyone tell me the Oil Capacity on a 3rd gen off the top of their head ! .  (92 type R)

found some more info. if you go to

click 3rd Generation, click 1993 Service Manual, and then click lubrication system.

click the engine oil book mark.

says

total dry engine = 4.9 (except R1 model)
engine oil replacement = 3.5
engine oil replacment with oil filter = 3.7

have a look anyways, its a good web site. you might need to download adobe 5 but all this info is there on how to get it.

Ben did say "off the top of their head", therefore not being on top of their head as you thought, it is in fact off......

Everyone\'s car is off the top of their head, unless they happen to have very strong heads...................or they have been in a nasty accident, or they are working under the car.......................
