Hi Kids

Notice it\'s dead in here again so thought I\'d drop a line and a pic or 2....

Here are a few shots of a Mod on his stock Airbox(filter) my cousin did yesterday to his T II.

Basically he chopped the top off to get more air into it and fitted a nice grill........
 Looks nice and functional.............

shouldn\'t he have chopped the bottom out ? thats letting unfiltered air into the engine by the look of it

TRex

I do not think he is that stupid m8!

It is correct as it is.....................
And no one says it\'s getting hot air from the engine room as it\'s not.... it\'s getting fresh air from the headlight area and the front!

Just thought I\'d put my evidence to the prosecution...

keep yer wig on :D  (microsoft paint drawings aren\'t usually allowed for evidence you know) most Mazda airboxes I have seen have the fresh air intake at the base and the feed to the engine at the top its stops all the bits sitting on top of the filter you see. The rx one must be different.

Whats the pipe at the top for then ? looks like its headed back towards the engine.

Hi Mike

 \'Wig\'  back on now m8 ... :bandit

No sweat, yeah this is how the T II is made up....
The top of the photo is toward the engine room and the bottom the front of the car.

Oh, and it\'s not microsoft paint... it\'s \'ArT\' dude........ :evillaugh
