Red, nr. Wakefield this morning

Saw you in a small village near the Wakefield/Royston border. Time was about 09:15 - 09:20.

Red with black bonnet and huge spoiler with central supports. Very nice looking car. Very loud too

I\'m assuming you had been staying in the area as I heard you start up (prior to leaving) and kept looking out the window. You drove along the side of the village green and turned left out of the village. A police car had been through seconds earlier. Had you been doing some \'spirited\' driving? If it was you, you\'ll know the place without me naming it.

Are you local? I\'ve lived here for a while now and not seen you before. I\'m more into Supras but was very excited to see an RX. Makes a change from all the Mercs, Porsches and Astons around here.

That would have been me.. I was actually installing a computer system for a friend and had parked outside the post office as couldn\'t actually get up the road to his house, it\'s at the top of apple  ....... Lane.

He picked me up in his Range Rover... and dropped me back off. I had actually only just got back into the car and fired her up when the police car drove by....

Damn, thats one nice car. You must have been parked up near the crossroad type thing. I\'m guessing there was a hedge by your car explaining why I could hear you, not see you.

Was it ground clearance that stopped you getting up the lane?

As for the police car. Should you be back this way anytime soon, keep a look out. I\'ve never seen so many around hereas I have in the last week and  a half. It\'s a shame because the roads around here are great fun for a quick blast but I\'ve been keeping to the limit, just to be sure.

Yep, you got it, ground clearance was definately the problem. I have been before but in my MX6 and only just made it up the Lane....

I was very near to the \'crossroad\' section, infact thats where i was turning round.

Thats the trouble with it been so low! I often lose it in car parks etc as i can\'t see it over the tops of the other cars, which is probably the reason you couldn\'t see me over the hedge lol!

Well, I\'ll certainly be keeping an ear out for you in future. I\'ll come over and say hello, if thats okay. I\'d love to see what\'s under the hood.
