i\'m in the middle of removing the rear seats to bypass the amp when i noticed on either side behind the rear side panels there is a connector plug built into the seatbelt pretensioner and an unconnected socket on a wire coming down the sides from the front which fit these. (see photo below for better description)

i haven\'t connected these yet, but was wondering if anybody knew what they are for or what will happen if i do?

thanks :)

not sure of yours, but there are electrical pre-tensioners, where does the lead go to at the front?

Edit: Just wondering now if it\'s to do with your airbags, then I guess it\'d have been connected there too perhaps, maybe yours have been removed. Sure someone in the know, rather than guessing, will reply.

I\'m not sure where it ends up at, all the wires running along the sides are wrapped in a single protective casing and these plugs are on cables on either side that spout out from the casing, so would be too difficult to trace. The seatbelt pretensioners appear to have been working ok with these disconnected anyway.

Just editted the above as you replied at the same time :)
