I am currently dealing with Group20 in Southampton.
They seem like a good outfit who have very reasonable terms and conditions.

I don\'t have time to go into detail right now but I will try and come back tomorrow and write more.... off to a bloody wedding shortly! What a great way to ruin a Saturday! :p

Where are they based? IM near Southampton. Have owned an FD for just over a year now! Got it through Mr Ellis at Rotary Imports.

Iain,
Did you have a haircut today in Warsash, or were you looking at houses or buying wine??!!..........Or was that Black RX7 someone else\'s!?!
Pete...mildly confused :p

They are on Canute Road, just by Dock Gate 4 if I remember rightly.. http://www.import-japanese-cars.com/

The thing that convinced me to use them to source a car is that they will give you a full refund on the deposit paid to ship the car over here if you don\'t like the look of it when it arrives!
So when my car arrives in Southampton, I go and check it out, if I don\'t like it I get all my money back. (of course I\'ve got to find the right one and win the bid first!)

I think most of us importers do that provided the buyer is reasonable and has a good reason for not wanting the car - other than "oh, I don\'t like the colour after all!"

Ah! OK, thats not the company I was thinking of!
