well last week I finally got her \'92 J type-r 4 seater with red leather interior. done 24,000 miles on original engine. insurance is a bitch (i was 19 when I started it, just turned 20) but the car is sweet, it\'s worth every penny to drive





had a few problems after picking the car up though... within an hour got pulled over by police after overtaking, 95 in a 60 so that\'s me back to 6 points again after just getting out of the 2 year prohbationary period, and then within two hours (of a 7 hour drive back) I had a blowout on a dual carraige way at 70, was afterhours so took ages of fannying around to get a tyre on and then get a new valve fitted cos they put a split one on and sent me on my way!). but it\'s all good now and that\'s sorted so I\'m enjoying the car.

just out of curiosity, who is your insurance with? i’ve had few ridiculous quotes recently so am just wondering if you knew someone to try?

You got to be careful about the speeding side of things dude, if you\'re doing 95 in a 60 then expect to be pulled.

sorry to hear that mate. try a broker called adrain flux no is 0870 0777888 they might be able to help or you can go this this wed site it searchs other sites for you it is //www.moneysupermarket.com you enter you details it take awhile to serch but comes up with loads! have you got an import or uk model??

ive not got a rx7 at the moment due to the trouble im having getting insurance. i tried adrian flux they gave me a ridiculous quote of £6000 i will give that site a try though
