Mobile Scam

Hi All
Think i tried to get scammed on the mobile today!
Got a phone call, withheld number,  basically the guy said he was carrying out a signal test, asked if i was on pay as you go or contract, which i answered, but when he asked for my postcode i said he doesnt need it and that my signal was fine and put the phone down. Sounds like a scam of sorts.
Anyone know what he was up to!

i had a phone call sayin u hav won a new mobile phone,yea right i thought,let him waffle on 4 a while,then he asked 4 some personal info,put the phone down on him them,

I had a phone call like that. Asking how long I had had my mobile, if it was pay as you go or contract and then my postcode. They were told to p**s off in a nice way.

Unfortuanatly though I actually have been stung by CC theft/fraud. £500 taken by some SA Luxemburg??!! Not happy about that one. I should get the money back though as its nothing I bought! Some prick stealing money!
