vac hose replacment

im just about finished doing the vac pipe change on my 92 jap 3rd gen and was having one last look and the vac pipe diagram and read that on the jap cars the manifold and fuel pressue is controlled differently and am now worried that i have pipes on incorectly
can anybody shed any light on this for me
