Stock Turbo II Alloys?

Hi,
Just recently splashed out on new tyres all round for my 90 TII Coupe, Problem is the Stock Alloys are in a state.
What size alloys can i fit and keep the same tyres?

I,ve searched all over the site and the only reference i can find is for FD\'s?

Wheel Size = 16x7. Bolt Pattern / Offset = 5x114.3 / +40(mm)
