I have a 93 FD3 auto

I am getting my engine rebuilt by Geff at Re:works.

I just wanted to get an idea of what might be possible within a smallish budgets.

I don\'t have alot more to spend above and beyond a standard rebuild BUT if the engine is out this is the time to anything else to the car under the bonnet.

I want to focus on longevity, handling plus a smallish power increase so possibly:
• replacing hoses
  • new air intake for more air
  • better (performance) radiator
  • quality (longer lasting) seals
  • lighter flywheel
  • stronger belts
  • Apexi boost controller
  •
Can anyone advise on increasing the bore size of the engine?
Can I lighten anything without weakening?
Can anyone advise on quickening the response on an auto box?

It already has a large bore performance exhaust, but not sure if it can be decatted in between MOTs.

    Thanks all...

talk to geoff if he cant increase anything safely no one can

hot RX

thanks will do when I talk to him next week.

He is busy \' sorting out tedious piston engine\' problems with some other cars before focussing on stripping my engine apart and recommending what can be done after that.

have you had some work done with Re:worx?
