hello mate i had one on my evo and pulsar.   They are a pig to set up but i have figured out how to do it quite well.

Right first thing is to check your set up   Go to settings and select NE point this is how you tell the contoller when to work.  What you have to do is adjust it for when you want it to control boost so as a start set it to about 2500 rpm and gradually take it up to 8000rpm

next

Go to our boost setting  A or b go to the bit where you have to enter duty cycle and what boost you want to run if its set up correctly the duty figure shouldnt be there it will be 3 stars?

let me know if not i will tell you the rest

Cheers Jamie

Oh yea sorry mate .  Ive been replacing the sills as well. dont know why but hey.

Do it now makes a massive differance.  Not to bad to do either if you know how to do it.  Its just that some of the turbo nuts are hidden away. I say its the second time i have done it.  So do it properly the first time use all new bolts nuts and studs all the way through and should be fine.  If your manifold is dodge reworx sold me mine for £50 .  I reused all the meatal gaskets due to them being about £50 each x 4.  If there not cracked then you will be fine

Hello ive been speaking to the man himself at reworx and he said not to bother as the mazda items are better due to them being spherical.  I would agree .    Your comments?  also reworx can do the mazda bushes about £20 cheaper then mazda themselfs

Hello mate have fixed mine it was the turbo to manifold gasket but i chucked a new exhust manifold in as well.   I wasn\'t damaged just that the bolts holding it where doing nothing.   So all new studs, nuts and bolts and finaly sorted it.
I started the car ,let it warm up and went for a drive.  I gave it a bit in first and just spun up on the first turbo changed to second and the same thing.  It comes on boost so quick now but it was over boosting turned the boost down and all sorted.

Good luck with yours

Doing mine at the moment all the turbos of and got a new manifold from reworx last night.   All the bolts and studs start to come undone over time.   This is the second time i have had to do this as the first time  all the bolts and studs sheared off.   If you are going to do it ring up reworx get all new studs, nuts and bolts before you even start.

It is possible to do the job at home but expect lots of blood and swearing.  I can now get the turbo out and on the floor in about 1 1/2 hours.  So it aint that bad the second time.

Should be finished by tonight will let you know how it went.

it easy mate just take note of the poistion of the camber bolts on the bottom arm and the rest is easy.   Takes about 30mins to take one whole side of.
#12
Yea tell me about it.  I had to do 5 of them.   Are you going to do it yourself ?   Because if you get someone to do it for you it will cost even more.  I took all the wishbones off went to my local garage and asked to use their hydualic press but if you have a vice you can do it all you self.
#13
The only way you can tell is by taking the wheel off and giving the axle a good shake and see where the movment is coming from.  I could tell you that it is more likly to be the first bush on the top arm and the first 2 on the bottom arm.  I have just replace mine as a got anoyed with all the knocking when going down bumpy roads.
The way that i found out which ones where nakered was by removing the wishbones and feeling for play in all of the bushes.
I had 5 of the same bushes that where nakered.  For 2 of them with new weather seals is £135 form your local maxda dealer and they normally will be able to get them in for the next day.

Hope you have some money ready

Cheers Jamie
