Hi, I have booked tickets for the show hope it's ok to come along with you all. Will be nice to speak to some like minded people and see some great cars.

Hi All

Just wanted to post up an update.

I'm picking my new rx7 up on Monday. It's been a while since I posted but got the call today to say she is ready.

I can't wait.

For now she will be staying as she is.

Just want to enjoy her. But as and when I'm sure I will post up some pics 😉

Yeah I had done some research before commiting but Newera came back with the best package.

They are more expensive but are definitely better value and quality for the money and Miguel, who sources the cars in Japan, has owned one for years so I'd really clued up on the cars and has given me some great advice.

Yes I agree very rare indeed.

I am using Newera Imports. They sourced the car and have fitted the parts. Then when she arrives RK Tuning are waxoyling and fitting an alarm.
I am so pleased with the car. 70000 km and full Mazda history.

Thank you for the warm welcome.

Thank you both for the warm welcome.

I will have a look at those events and see which are most likely for me to attend.
Have to factor in the family lol.
My other half and I will be going to JAE in august/September if anyone is going?

I will have a look into the valuation for the car when the car is in the country I think, as that's when I will be looking at getting my insurance.

Thank you both for all you help.

Casey you go sort yourself out, at least the car is white so when you see it in person no one will be able to tell 😉😉

Hi all

I posted a while ago that I was looking at buying a 7, but I have now done it and she's on her way from Japan.

I have managed to get hold of a 1996 Bathurst R.
Have had fitted some Feed carbon skirts and door handles as well as ohlins  coilovers.
Also I have had the 99 conversion done.

She should be in the county in about 7 weeks. Very excited and looking forward to driving her and coming along to some shows.

Wow, really nice looking FD!  :P But ride height seems to be for country roads ;)
Funny you should mention that, I have managed to get a deal on a set of ohlin coilovers to be fitted before she leave Japan, which should correct the tractor look lol ;)

Evening All
I'm Bex, I'm new to the rotary scene.
I have always dreamed of getting an RX-7 and now I have finally purchased one.
I (with a lot of help for Newera Imports) have gotten a 1996 FD3S type R Bathurst in white.
She's pretty stock, only a mazda speed exhaust and a set of work vs xx alloys. Genuine 46000 miles from new and full Mazda history.
Currently waiting for her to come over from Japan, but looking forward to her arrival and getting out and about next year.
