urgent advise needed!

hi everyone!.....i need help! ...i took my rx fd out today for a run ...(car used as wend car)......i was slowing down coming up to a roundabout when the car went rough then a mettalic ticking sound apperaed ,it went away breafly but is back ,you can hear ticking while revving car...can anyone help? scared to even start car now in case im doin damage ...o and heat light flashes when revving even when cold ....just remembered!       anyone any idea what this could be.....................thanks all .......marty

Hi Marty,

Have a good look at the Air pump (if fitted) as these often fail,
as it sounds like the most likely cause from your description.
