Hoping that some of you guys can advise me on the following:

Just got my car back from the garage and unfortunatly the problem my car went in with has not been trased and even worse it now has a new fault.

My original problem was that the car was loosing preassure. When the car was going from the first turbo to the second turbo the boost pattern was 0.8-0.5-0.8 but no sooner had it hit .8 and it dropped to 0.5/0.6 so the pattern was 0.8-0.5-0.8-0.5. The mechanic has told me that the car is not always making it on to the second turbo.
He has had a look at the solinoids, the actuator but no faults found. The car has also had most vacumm hoses replaced a year ago when the engine was rebuilt. Any ideas???

My second and new problem worries me. When driving home (3hr drive) the car was fine, sitting at 85-90mph all the way but at one point I thought I had hit the 112mph limiter (JDM mph limiter on the car) but it was not this as I was only accelerating from 90-100mph You know the feeling, as if you have hit an air wall (so to speak) the car kind of stops as though you have hit the rev linit. This happened 3 times always when accelerating. When I got home I noticed that the rear bumper was covered in an oil substance (you could see the oil rainbow on it) it was very dirty, as if unburned fuel had gone throught the exhaust and gonje on the rear of the car. My g/f was behind me and says she heard it, but there was no flames or the like. Please help, I reakon this ain\'t good.
In addition to this the idle is very low, at about 500rpm.

I have attached some pictures of the rear of my car.

Replied on FDUK Steve - have you checked the MAP sensor? it is far and away the most likely cause.

When I find the map sensor I will have a look. Found the boost sensor and have a couple of questions on that.
I will need to look at it all tomorrow.

In the mean time any other suggestions from anyone would be great.

Thanks.

not sure if this is related to the same prob mate. but near the fan thermocouple there is a black thermocouple . i think this is connected to the ecu direct. could it be that this is faulty and sending the car in to safe mode. i think this is attributed to water temp. or a faulty sensor. is this fault intermitent.
