Bromley Pageant of Motoring - Sunday 11th June 2023

MRC has booked a club stand for this event on Sunday 11th June.  https://www.bromleypageant.com/

The price is £7 per car (plus booking fee). Each pass is valid for 2 adults and 2 children aged 5-15 (under 5's are free).   Please message me for the Club code to make your booking

Your members can also buy additional tickets for passengers using your club access code. You will be able to continue to add cars to your booking up until the closing date on 2nd June 2023 unless space sells out before this date.

For any that don't know - This is a "Grand Day Out" for car people. You will almost certainly see the unusual as well as massed gatherings of the usual suspects. (You might never WANT an MG Midget but a line of them - everything from concours to 'rat' has its own charm.) Goodwood it's not, so possibly a bit light on glamour, chequebook restorations and champagne receptions but always plenty to see and do. Quite family friendly, with a light dusting of customs/hot rods as well as classics and auto-jumble stands where you might find your next Nikki carburettor rebuild kit. The only downside I can recall is the mad scramble to get out when it closes.  I'm away that weekend or I'd go, though sadly not on the MRC stand these days.

Excellent analogy Andrew and as you know your car plus a Rotus would be very welcomed at this even.

At least the RX-4 is getting out and about even if the race cars not.

Would love to attend as it's very local to me.and looks like a fantastic way to while away a sunny Sunday ().  Unfortunately personnal circumstances mean I can't attend buy i will look forward to seeing some photos

This was a huge event. So many cars that I think I only got to see about 75% of them.

I spent a lot of time just chilling and chatting at our stand, which got a lot of interest from the visitors, being the only rotaries at the show, bar a silver FD, which Steve and Maria brought over to our stand later in the day.

Excellent show yesterday probably only saw half the cars that were there, allegedly the largest one day car show in the UK that because of ULEZ it may be that last one.

 Shame our other Rotary friends had no interest in attending such a brilliant show.
