We never got the SP here but some dealers used to offer Mazda upgrades, such as suspension for them etc , much the same as British Leyland special tuning and Ford RS dealers did.

A break from yellow cars with some Herschel Orange (or perhaps a slightly fresher version in this case). Nice complete project car. It will fetch $$$$ Glad I don't have to do the front and read windscreen frame jobs on it, though!

A colour that can almost compete with Flare Yellow and Herschel Orange is demonstrated on this week's Rx-3. Jewel Green. Mmmmm!
Btw: last week's orange Rx-3 sold. A real steal at $ 16,250!

A "mere" £23.000 asking price, yes. The sums they ask for classic Mazdas down under are completely bonkers.
Although you might get away with a "near offer".
