Got a bit of use out of it, drives out with Emma. Went on a drive out with the Worcester Car club around Malvern.

Its a cracking little car, the new owner has got a gem that will never need welding. Its in fantastic condition.

With my purchase, the £500 outlay on paint and the sale I've made a nice 37% profit. which if I put my business head on, thats good in my book.

Brilliant, win-win for everyone  :icon_thumleft:

Good name, have you had the cage put in?

I don't think anyone has noticed that my thread name is a play on words from a line in the film Prometheus.

"Big things have small beginning"

Which is also a line from "Lawrence of Arabia"

Best thing about a soft top is throwing a cage in is much easier

Dash out is defo recommended.

As regards to heater, it honestly won't save you that much weight, when I pulled all my junk out it just didn't weigh much BUT with taking it out it just makes getting to anything behind the dash soooo much easier, like wiring and obviously because race car.
