Behold you Mazda fans of so little faith. It's a Mazda Chantez. Mazda planned it as a rotary-powered kei class mini-rocket, but Japanese authorities banned the idea. So it came with a 360cc piston engine. Mazda were so insulted, they left the kei cars market until the arrival of the Autozam AZ-1. In the 1980s, privateers converted a Chantez to 13B power and track tested it to 240 kph! Don't know if the one in the video is the exact same car, but if not, it's inspired by it.
