I know I only posted yesterday but it's days like today when I can see all past the 4 years of filler dust and sparks and grime and smells and just....

Appreciate the effort put in over the years. 32 bespoke parts/panels..... I've probably missed some.

Nothing looks different on a photo, but days of levelling and sanding for it to look the same...

Well the shut lines would embarrass Hethel. I hope you've retained enough of the Lotus ethos to mean the doors will still open as you go over a bump.

Whilst I really appreciate the fact my shell won't go rusty...., prepping it for pin holes with dolphin glaze is a chore !

Thankfully front end, rad exit duct, headlight covers, bonnet, boot lid and both doors are all done now.

Doors looked like the surface of a sponge.

Trying to get it booked into the paint shop first week April !!

The simplest solution would be do it in the gt40 gulf colours and best of both worlds
