So you’ve got a steel tube hole for jacking like the rally cars have ?
Could you not fit cills then drill a hole and put a nice shroud around them ?
I’ll have to get a photo of the scissor jack    you need

This is what I use to jack mine on track days as it’s pretty low . It has a half inch socket welded on the end for impact driver - works a treat

So add a bracket both sides and a tube from it which should slide into your jacking point

Ah the rally car tubes sit horizontally I remember that from my old mk1 escort days then they have like an a-frame axle stand.

Good set up that

The tubes on mine are vertical, I’ve made an adapter now that sits up inside and clips on my scissor jack, seems to work ok. Or good enough to get me out a pickle at the side of the road.

I don’t suppose anyone has the stock rx8 wheel brace surplus to requirements???

I’ve lined the Toyota auris space saver with grp, the expanding foam gonna make cut outs for the tools to go in
