That reminds me I need to reorder the pressure gauge. I ordered one but for some reason the order didn't go through

I don't think it's pressure related though. It's the electrical supply to the pump. It was randomly cutting out like the relay was failing. It's better with the fuel pump resistor removed and bridged.

I would suggest you just leave the relay bridge in place. It has the same result as your planned rewiring, but means you can leave everything in place and easily return to OEM setup in future.

For a test just bridge the relay...or maybe you have lose connection within the fusebox from conversion ..little clips it lifts out... can check the connections underneath.

How would you prep the spoiler?

Is is smooth ?

If so just like an alcohol wipe will suffice.

The blokes on the shop floor don’t bother. They stick acrylic sheet onto galvanised steel and that can be rough and lumpy. It’s quite forgiving. Just make sure you compress it enough to ensure maximum adhesion.

They do in fairness use a little roller but I can imagine that could be difficult for your application.

Just try and make sure it compresses enough before the spoiler bottoms out on the bodywork if that makes sense

There's only two plugs on the back of the dash and I think these are the ones in your hand.

Race cars 10miles away so I cant check either

Yep 2 plugs ..lh passenger side canbus power neutral etc rh drivers side plug fuel sender.

Some scrote has tagged/scratched something into my bonnet. Not sure if it's a neighbour or is been done when I've been parked up somewhere. Luckily it's not too noticeable.

Started to get through the jobs which have been on my list for a while.

-finish swapping the fuel hose over
-DSC pump
-brakes front
-spray the fog light surrounds black
-sort fuel pump

Just on the fuel hose. The stuff that halfords sells and numerous other online merchants is not fit for purpose.
This hose was purchased 3 months ago from advancedfuelsolutions(?) and its already perished. Same stuff that halfords sell.

I bought some replacement hose from Merlins and it seems to be spot on
