I've blown up around 10 piston engines... Mostly Peugeot gti6 engines.
Don't want to go back to piston. Too many moving parts

I used to add Â£5 per hour french tax when working on french cars....and grease up my 3 elbow.

Big pete rx8 forum...maybe im wrong but last 1 i sold 60 quid... i got a spare in my garage if desperate...it was going with westy as spares package. Came out of crashed road car 80k onit. I have engine in Westy.

Long tube over the shaft that bears on the inner race of the hew bearing and drive it home.

Don't do that in case it beaks summit internally on the gearbox

Refit the bell housing and tap the outer race into the hole?

If you can wait till tomorrow I'll got a rx8 manual on the gearbox I'll look on there .......

5 speed out. Managed to get box out in just over an hour.
Honkytonk off rx8oc dropped the 6 speed box off at mine, big thanks to him.

Just checked the rear diff ratio.... 3.7/9
Not 4.1 like I thought it was.
I've got the 1.8 open diff stashed away, I'll have to check that one see what it is

A 4.4 or 4.7 really gonna make your car fly through the gears. Im sure a cwp is available for your current diff with amount of nc,s in motorports, Roddinsons springs to mind hed know if available.
