Just a thought...what are your engine mounts like? If there worn or weak then that manifold  mount will acting as an engine mount too. too...worth checking...have you got ant harsh vibrations?
My exhaust is totally isolated from chassis bar 1 silencer mount bobbin.  I put a camera on exhaust shortly after build and despite solid ( landrover) engine mounts engine still moves fair bit id say 5mm til i solid mounted gearbox with again a landrover engine mount.
And whilst looking over your car at Jdm...i did noticed a lambda sensor tad close to chassis tunnel..be a good time to reposition the 02 boss.

The heat shield was sagging down quite bad. I taped the heat shield back with metal tape. Loads of room now.
Engine mounts however... I think I need to fill them. They're not leaking but I noticed the engine bobbing up and down from underneath when I push the sump

Check you out with your flashy CAD skills!

That be metal fatique...work hardened due to acting as an engine brace/mount.
I think you can remove and resin fill the engine mounts?

I was going to do that with the engine mounts. I've ordered poly urethane and I have a spare set knocking about
