Get her on dyno Jarno. Get it dialed in by someone who knows how to tune Rotarys.

Dont want to do it yet. I wanna make sure that everything is ok...

Theres two guys that will assisting dyno/tune guy at dyno. Other is knows Adaptronic and another knows rotary tuning. So, with these three guys, I think that engine will be safe. And after all, we wont don anything special, we will do safe tune.

If she wants, we might see what she can do, but street tune will be safe

Make sure its rich then no boost to break engine in. id be very worried on a base map.

Yes, base map very very rich. But I reckon that ecus adaptive mode seems to be quite smart.

Still running with no boost, and dont revved over 4200 rpm yet

Well, yesterdays drive went bad.

I dont know what happened but, after some driving, I was giving her some beans and she started to cough and fart. Running just with one rotor.

Bad thing is that because I was still using adaptive mode, maps went crazy. Lambda were all over the place.

I suspect that it went to secondary injectors for the first time, and because map is so rich, it shoot so much fuel immidiately, that spark plug died.

Im slowly starting to understand how this Adaptronic works, and I do like it. But my opinion is that this base map is complete shit. I dont know does anyone else had problems with that

Ouch! Sounds painful. Hopefully no lasting damage caused and hopefully you'll get this sorted somehow. At least you proved your point vs the dyno-lobby!

Yeah, she wont start.

Checked plugs they seemed ok, exept abit wet.

All map cells are much too rich again.

Im so pissed off right now

Get some plugs Jarno.. remembered that FB i had...flooded it...tried 20 times to deflood and start.. nothing.
New plugs vroom vroom vroom.

These are race plugs. They can take some serious beating compared to stock ones. These can if they get wet. Down side is that they are so expencive

Get em out and blowtorch them..
Also for breaking in engine you dont need fancy plugs whilst running std boost so can get some cheap 1s

for that job.
1. Get plugs out.
2. Blowtorch them.

3. Put them some where safe to air dry.
4. Deflood.
5. Order some standard plugs.
6. Then have a drink.

I did.

Actually, basemap was so rich that she would even promissed to start with stock plugs. As I said, these can handle maps that are off, cause they can get quite wet and still fires

Too late mate, six pack went some time ago allready, dont know current amount now...
