Just in case anyone has missed this have posted as a separate thread:-

Sounds a good idea to meet up at/near Dover for those of us on the 11.10am Ferry. Meeting in Dover itself (having tried it in the past) isn't too easy, as there aren't many places people can wait up. Does anyone know of a location we could use?

Best I could see on a search was to use a "Morrisons" Car Park, CT16 2LB, but the entrance isn't at that postcode, it's just around the corner, from the A256, Charlton Green, only 5 mins from the port. If nothing better, we could meet up there at to leave in convoy at 10.15am?

We are aiming to arrive at Morrisons around 9.30am

There's a handy Cafe in the store too, so might work.

A change of plans for us. I'm still having computer issues with the car which mean it's only running intermittently :angry5: and something else has cropped up I need to sort Friday morning, so I've booked a flight and car hire now. All being well we'll be at the hotel as similar time to the rest of you early evening Friday so see you then.

I'd the ferry booked to trailer it but got a call this morning I've been waiting weeks for so that was the decider and hence the change of plans to fly and hire a car.
The first of the FC's will be finished to my satisfaction and out and about before long Clive, too often I've had them 90% done and I really wanted it 100% this time. Given it's been just about fully rebuilt it's annoying something as simple as a intermittent electrical gremlin has scuppered me but you know all about them.
The black ones well on it's way to being finished so at least I'll have options then.

Power is nothing without control. Weight is enemy of performance, handling and braking.
