Travel arrangements for RotaryStock 2017: Sat/Sun 1-2 July, Lelystad, Holland

In order to arrange travel etc either via Shuttle from Folkestone or via Ferry for those of you up North please post your preference of travcel and we can book a set shuttle time for the Friday 7th July Please copy and paste list into your own thread so we can keep check of who is travelling from where.

We will try and arrange a 11.30 departure on the Friday the 7th July from Folkstone and return on Monday around 5.00pm from Calasis

still trying to work things out but have a lot going on at home at the moment,... still provisionally booked everything would go on the ferry depending on if they got ramps last time I did the ferry i ripped out the guts of the car.... but would book the ferry as its lot more civilised  still booked in over the premier inn the day before at folkestone won't cancel till the last minute and hope not too at all  got in on the other hotel as well .;.



p.s Lemans is the following week they always seem to ramp up the chunnel tickets over that period......

Hi all I know we are all busy folks at the moment but can we get a little closer on agreement of the crossing arrangements as looking at bookings there starting to fill up thanks if not I make an early start and wait for you coming off the ferry as I am staying over night at Folkestone  just in case we change and take the tunnel ;)all the best tony.c

yep Tried to book the same ferries out~ward bound but there fully booked now

to travel earlier is 90+ pounds can get the tunnel cheeper so I off by tunnel for the trip and coming back by ferry

Just wanted to check that those attending Rotarystock that we are all booked in to the Hotel De Lange Jammer  as I am getting confused with all the bookings I have made   Just booked again with Booking.com and then realaised I had booked the hotel via Expedia!
