*URGENT* TRACK SESSIONS FOR JAPFEST@SILVERSTONE - 24TH APRIL

Thanks for the heads up, Casey.

I have just received an email this morning from Glenn from Kelsey. He is pretty pissed off with the processing of entry tickets and other arrangements in general. Apparently they are supposed to be sourced from a third party doing those, and having been told almost daily for the last three weeks that they would be done they just have not been sent.

Obviously now being so short for time it will be likely that I will need to find the right person to get the info on briefing and document submission, etc. I will presume that I need to log into DVLA to download my counterpart license and take it with me anyway as per most official track regulations require them. Anything else I need to bring unfortunately right now depends on hear say. Or I might get in touch with Glenn again just to be sure what else to bring for track sessions.

Sorry for the late reply.  I believe from the RX-8 OC that your track papers will be handed out at the event, so come and see me as you need to check the time that you need to sign on etc ( just once) before your first race.

Unfortunately Clive is unable to take up the track sessions booked tomorrow at Japfest so it anyone wishes to take up these two places, please see me at the club stand tomorrow.  Cost is £25.00 per session  ( Cash Only) 

Will also post on the RX-8 OC so first come first served!
