BC coilovers 10kg fr 8kg r, ive actually bought 12kg springs so will fit to front and use 10kg on rear so will be a 12 10 set up. That combined with racing beat front and rear anti roll bars when im abit flusher!
Wheels where originally gold with diamond cut lip, but needed refurb.

How do you find the BCâ€™s as I have been looking at getting different ones for mine as I currently have HKS ones which are old and not great to be honest

Very good, been on the car 3 years, no corrosion atall, ive recently checked them over and all good, get my thumbs up...plus they have 30 settings from soft to hard, when i soften up and put road tyres on quite a nice subtle ride.

Well took me awhile to find my build on tapatalk....yep not been feeling to great again Westy has run outta mot too doh....But...ok today so stripping coilovers off and re springing 10 12 rather than 8 10 and fitting front n rear anti rollbars...im not letting that Pesky rx8 catch me again...

Coilovers removed and resprung 12kg and new stiffer RB anti roll bar and brace fitted.

Well that defo had an effect..started to lift car on rear and front came up lol...Westy does that...its all lifted ready for strip out off rear coilovers and std bar tomoz.

Rear going well...had to use the blowtorch on the rear arb link nut other that all sweet...bar is in..1 strut re springed just 1 todo...these car were built so well. With quality fastners. All going back together with lashings off cooperslip...only 1 issue...dropped strut top nut down back of rear seat lol...and i found out why the rear coilovers were clashing with top wishbone....fitted wrong way round by somebody in past...last photo shows clearance recess for top wsihbone.

Theres 2 settings for the rear bar, im not gonna bother with the recommended soft setting...gonna go straight on hard....with my new set up....

Well its done and been for a drive..no real notice on road...itsa pig on Road tbh thats track car for you...
Despite measuring coilover height...and rebuilding and taking for a drive to settle..goona have to adjust coilovers got abit of 4x4 going on...must be stiffer springs not settling as much or arb..not sure..gonna whip wheels off again and loosen re torque.
Got an abs light...thought i might as moving coilover off front right strut with my knee in hub...it got away from me and has pulled on abs cable..
Couldnt get stiff setting on rear arb link touches coilover base attempting to get in hole.
Gave it some beans down the trading estate and looking for potholes all ok.

Well done Jon getting all that kit fitted up so quick.

As for the roll bar, make up two flat plates to go between the clamps and the subframe and the bar will pull away from the shocks

Cool yep...goid idea...lowered the car 15mm rear and 10mm front...been fishing for metric fine nut no dice lol...

Very happy...best its ever been on road..lol dialed in shocks at 5 of hard i.e 25...smooth tarmac at speed into a bed planted...got stuck behind a new pruis at 25mph in open limits..unleashed the thunder on that. Poss go down 5mm all round..ill run it to work and back a few times to bed in...
Need a nult and abs sensor though...

I also put a full exhaust from downpipe back on my scooby ...prob gonna have to remove wheels for another drop but will see how it settles over next few days..
Proper done in..back killing...im off to bed up at 5am for work..
