Pink Panther 20B Triple Rotor RX7 FD for Sale - in need of lots of work

Been holding on to this for a while now, but doesn't look like I am going to get the money together to repair it.

I'll start with a list of the issues and then get on to all the good stuff.

It doesn't run - you will need a rebuild of some nature
It needs a new battery
It needs a new radiator (it has a small leak)
The bodywork is looking shabby
The tyres probably need replacing as it has been sat a long time
The gauges need to be reinstalled
The boost controller needs to be reinstalled
The dash needs screwing back in (but you need to get in there to reinstall the gauges)
I think the 3rd gear was crunchy last time it ran IIRC
Guessing the brakes will need some work due to it standing
Paint needs redoing on the pink console plastics

Now on to the better stuff....

20B converted RX7 FD
Motec M800 ECU
T04 turbo (think it is a T04R)
Unknown brand coilovers
Unknown brand modified diff of some sort - used to make a nice clunk in reverse
Twin plate clutch
3 Defi gauges and controller unit
Greddy Boost Controller
Other gauges (see pics)
Straight through exhaust. Wastegate has a screamer pipe
Water injection


Nice project for someone who has the time or money (or both really) to throw at it. Once you get it up and running it will be worth every penny. The noise it used to make was awesome. The idle noise, the point where the wastegate opened and the old audi like chirp when you closed the throttle were sheer music.

Not entirely sure what to ask for it. The Motec M800 is worth a fair chunk on its own. Guessing you could part it out if you wanted to.

Not sure. It sounded like a tip had gone. Never taken it apart to see if there is internal damage.

Can you find out the series letter for the engine please. Will be next to the 20B on the housings, A, B, C or D. Depending on the series it can be on the irons too.
