Afternoon all!

Been a while since I've been on here, but Im currently building an FC drifter for next year.

So I'd like some info on what's needed on an FC for some big steering angle. Im currently driving a Nissan with some serious lock, and the mods on that are:

Lengthened lower control arms
Modified hubs
Lengthened tension rods
Steering rack moved forwards on the subframe

Now, I've picked up an S4 shell, so the lower arm/ball joint things are the un-boltable type, so that's easily sorted. I've sourced some modified knuckles as well, but I've no experience at all with RX7 steering set ups, do I need to do everything as the Nissan has, or anything extra?

Any info is very welcome :)

Sam.

I'll get you some photos of those hubs tonight. To show what's been modded.

Thanks man, theres no huge rush, Im just sorting the shell out at the mo, no engine or box yet :) I'll copy this onto DW and see if anyone on there can give me some info as well, just to get as good of an idea as I can really.

Gee

If it helps I've just fitted quite a lot of suspension/steering components for more lock! :P

Modded knuckles
Supernow rack spacers (come in the 'cutting kit')
Supernow ends (come in the 'cutting kit')
Series 4 lower control arms with extended balljoints (about 25mm)

Here's what mines looks like with all that fitted:

Also before anyone says I swapped the wheels over to the other side after i took this pic :P
