Final packing being done - well I've done mine, Gwyn is finishing hers  :) - should set off within the hour for the trip, look forward to seeing everyone later   :party0036:

Had a fab time last night.  ;D

It was great to see everyone - thanks as always to Lisa and Clive for organising.

Yes the DJ was awful.

I have put in a complaint  to the hotel regarding the hotel's lack of fesitives, food and the music! 

They hold a meeting each week to discuss the party nights so she will bring up my complaint later in the week.

If I managed to get any financial refund I will let people know.

It's not that the DJ was awful, though his choice of music left something to be desired (I was just waiting for Simon Says along with the Macarana). The volume though has left me deaf, although it is somewhat selective at the best of times.  :director:

Thanks for organising Lisa it was after all a good night on the whole.

The DJs mixing was terrible - although going from reggae straight into trance would challenge anyone. He also didn't get that if no one was dancing he probably needed to try something different. The frustrating part was that he played lots of good tracks whilst we were eating?

It will be interesting to see what feedback you get Lisa.

Anyway as I said it certainly didn't spoil our fun - as you can see from the videos of our dancing!  ;D

It was great to see everyone on Saturday, as always. Thank you Lisa for organizing the event.

To be honest, when I happen to be in the same place as those who attended on Saturday is usually at some MRC event or a trackday with lots of noisy cars  so the music volume was actually quiet by comparison...  :D 

Hopefully I'll see you all again soon!
